Feast on fresh Boston lobsters every Friday night in August at the Michelin-starred restaurant – The Kitchen. Guests are welcome to eat as many lobsters as they wish, including exceptionally delicious Lobster Sushi Roll, Lobster Bisque, and a lobster and salad selection at the salad bar. Have the lobsters cooked just the way you like them – either cheese gratinated, grilled or baked with a garlic herb sauce. And for dessert, Grand Lisboa’s Executive Pastry Chef Norihito Muranaka will prepare the Classic Opera Cake as a sweet surprise for all guests. Join the feast every Friday evening in August. The five-course “Lobster Night” menu is priced at MOP 980 per adult and MOP 490 per child (12 years old and below).
