A new yum cha experience for your gathering with family and friends

Using traditional techniques and carefully selected ingredients, the authentic dim sum dishes are made to maximise the taste and freshness, such as Steamed Prawn Dumplings; Steamed Pork and Shrimp Dumplings with Tobiko; Steamed Chicken Pieces wrapped by Bean Curd Sheet; Steamed Bean Curd Sheet Roll with Portuguese Sauce; Steamed Mushroom filled with Shrimp Paste; Deep-fried Spring Rolls filled with Shrimp and Chicken Slices; Puff Pastry filled with Barbecued Pork and Pineapple, etc. Noodle & Congee features a semi-open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs live in action.
